About the Styleswitcher
First of all, what is the styleswitcher? Click one of the images below that text on the side. Hover over it [not clicking] to see its name. Basically, they change the site's look to how the user likes it. These take forever to make. I got one for the forums too, but some of the styles are different. Credit to coding the styleswitcher does not go to me. Here's where I got it in case you want one too. It's a php switcher, which is why all MW's pages end in .php.

MW used to use a Javascript-based one from Eonlight Valley. We don't use it anymore because site critics bitched at me for it, and users bitched at me for it because they couldn't figure out how to get a style to stick even though I repeated myself on the issue 500 times. So I decided to try a php style switcher. If problems arise with this one, I'm fucking switching back to the Javascript one, no ifs ands or buts, so if you like MW having a php one more, NO BITCHING!

Anyway. Let's discuss the individual styles. Since I use a different navigation system, I can't change the widths of each style anymore, so... but I don't think anyone uses 800x600 resolution anyway. I don't think there's gonna be a problem. Yes, Parakaitz [me] did make all of them.

Mystic Wish [the default style] was only slightly remade from last time, featuring Vegeta and Giratina, two dark characters, for a dark default layout [I intended on adding Godot too, but it didn't work out]. My colour choices, blue and purple, were part of MW's original design, and I really like them together, so I decided to stick with them. Credit for the Vegeta screenshot I used here goes to Amers from the DBZ Fanfic Salon forum. This is the first [and sometimes only] style people will see, so I tried my best on making it presentable...

Demon Prosecutor, also known as "Everyone's favorite style," is apparently everyone's favorite style. Used to be kinda pink, but on the old MW, I changed it to the colour scheme it has now. Not too different from last time; I really liked it from last time and if it ain't broke, don't fix it. It has a bit of a "flame" theme... for no real reason, I'll admit. It kinda originated from the banner from its first design, where you could see the candles from the cake Edgeworth is holding in the banner picture I used. The candlelights were so pretty and stood out awesomely so I used flames on the title bars. And now with its redesign, I kept the flames in the background image [which is easier seen on widescreen monitors or on the splash page] and in the navigation.

Eon Dreams was 80% from scratch, the only bits of its previous version I kept were the overall "light" and "rainbowy" feel, the title bar, and the text colour. The background used to fade from red to blue and the content area was rainbow, but I switched those two qualities around because picking a consistently readable text colour over the background was tough, and I ended up going with black and white for the old version. >_> This new version I like a lot better and I'm in love with the banner [the lyrics are from Van Halen's song "Dreams", hence the layout's name]. For those of you that saw the background image I used for the text boxes [as seen on the madlib pages and on the link to us code boxes], it features a drawing I did myself, so therefore... credit goes to me. :D

Saiyan Cataclysm is the completely new style for MW. Red and black, featuring Saiyans in the banner [obviously]. Crediting Amers again for the screenshots of Bardock and Vegeta used in the banner. The red and black colour scheme was really just a random pick -- I was gonna go with blue, but I remembered how much I loved red and black together, and that I was VERY close to picking that as MW's default style's colours. SO. And before anyone bitches about "where's trunks gohan ssjOVER9000 GOGETA" I like the full-blooded Saiyans, where the only transformation is the Oozaru! Super Saiyans are blonde, remember? Does anyone here know about my infamous hatred of blonde hair? Now you do! I prefer the original Saiyans, the cooler ones like the badass Bardock, under-appreciated Raditz, and baldy Nappa. So fuck you all.

Mystic Wish Lite is a tasteful redux of the default, for people who like light colours, and diet soda. I know this style hurts my eyes to look at... but so does notepad and that's how I'm typing this all up. >.< Still, Jolteon is Jolteon and Max is sexy, so this style stays fantabulous. Also, Popo wrote the slogan on this one. To be perfectly honest, the description and appearance of this style are so similar to the original that I really don't feel the need to change anything about it.

Spark of Life is based off a wallpaper I made when I was major fangirling over Max/Valant [when am I not? :P] and I made this style specifically for my tastes and my eyes, which are much different from most people's, it would seem. I'll go ahead and explain here that my eyes are light sensitive; I don't know how this changes the way I make layout colour schemes, but my brother, a graphic designer himself, told me it affects things. So when people lent me their eyes so I can make appealing layouts, I really didn't like the results as much as I could have, so I made one specifically for me. There's no bitching about this layout allowed and I'm not even sure how many people will use it, but it's there in case you do like it. I mean, I could have stuck this on Stylish for myself and only myself, but I felt like sharing.
