Alright you guys. This update took entirely too long to get up, but I finally got a chance out of my schedule to get this squeezed in. Soon, MW's going to be up for a whole two years. Perhaps I can finally get an actual contest up?

In the first department, we have summaries. I put up the next Ace Attorney, Sonic Adventure, and Sonic Battle summaries, so I hope you enjoy those. The Sonic ones are coming to a close in the next updates, so I'm looking forward to posting the Morrowind stuff Dustin is currently working on, after that. My brother might lend a hand in summarising Galaxy Angel, maybe, so that's another thing to keep an eye out on.

In the graphics department, I updated the wallpapers page by completely reorganising it [categorised by fandom now, as per request]. A couple new wallpapers have been added here and there, now being placed at the beginning of the section they're in. I also added a new page for PSP wallpapers, so you might want to check that out if you have a PSP.

The final piece to this update is a new rant about LiveJournal. If you know anyone that posts fics there, you might want to redirect them to this article. Who knows, maybe I'll get some angry emails. If you hate me for being an asshole to your precious fanfic posting beliefs, you can always click the name "Parakaitz" at the top of the update and bitch at me about it :3

That's about all for today. Hopefully I'll get some kind of update done this month. I want to get into the habit of updating multiple times a month again so that way maybe the site will get more traffic. Post your comments on the forum and tell me what you think of putting together a two-year aniv contest!

Oh, and a final note: THE VIDEO SECTIONS ARE DOWN TEMPORARILY. I'm working with one of my affiliates, The Game Toon Zone, to get them hosted there so I can have working videos again, so please bear with me!

Mystic Wish now has an imageboard and Roleplay forum [called Black Tempest].

What is the reasoning for this? To help give everyone their niche, I suppose. The RP forum is a part of Mystic Wish but I'm gonna try to keep it as its own thing. MWF itself keeps its RP section for more illiterate and silly RPs [and because why not].

More about Black Tempest: It's a crossover roleplay and posts on it are to be kept intelligent. Don't be a dick and don't troll. You're allowed to have as many characters as you can keep track of, and you can also be canon characters. This is achieved by a rotation system. Go ahead and register an account there, post a character, get it approved, and get started.

The imageboard I made to see if it would work, and to help keep the community together [by seperating them? yes I know, weird :P] since half of the board likes to be srs, and the other half likes to not be srs. I think it will up the activity on the forum and at the same time give the spam its place.

Also, there are 18+ boards on the imageboard.

Oh and it has an Oekaki.

I think it will fare just fine. :P

Yeah. That title probably worries some of you. But it's not as bad as it seems [although, considering my birthday two days ago is still fresh in my mind, it makes it look like the universe is fucking with me].

As far as the update is concerned, I FINALLY bring you ungrateful bastards part 4 of PWAA Episode 2. I think that's the conclusion for that episode. I dunno. I'm too lazy to look. Dustin's next parts to Sonic Battle and Sonic Adventure have also been posted, but that aint the news I'm excited about.

The thing I REALLY find great is... the new articles! 3 new ones, as a matter of fact: All of them relating to Apollo Justice and Ace Attorney Investigations, and yes, they DO contain spoilers for both games. Enjoy them, because I think they're genius.

As for my computer. I have no idea WTF is wrong with it or when it happened, but while I was asleep I had a dream that there was a siren going on in the building. I woke up, and it was my fucking computer! The tower was beeping and it wouldn't stop until I unplugged it. Yes, the computer was turned off the entire time, and no, it won't turn back on. I'll try to get it fixed when my brother wakes up to help me take the tower apart. Fortunately, most of my data is on an external device. But still. I may lose my sanity if I cannot fix this. Don't worry, I have plenty of unreleased updates still sitting by, ready to be used just in case such a thing happened. Head over to my LiveJournal if you wish to discuss the computer.

That's all for now, but with the computer downstairs not working, I have nothing to distract me from writing more summary. In writing [I write before I type, as those of you that read my summaries may know] I've already reached part two of Richard Wellington's case.

Well today I bring you: four new fanfics, thanks to some people from TLS joining in and helping out. The fanfic contest brought two of these in. I'm really liking this. Hopefully we'll get more. However, for those four [Mitz, Tails, Brando, and Durp] that sent me fic, I had to read your fics and manually rate them, since apparently that part of the submission form doesn't work [yet; by the time anyone does any more submitting it'll be fixed] when I receive it via email. It's alright though, it wasn't hard, but PM me if the rating I gave was inaccurate.

In other news I posted two articles I wrote a little while ago. I didn't update with summaries because I will admit that I rushed this update and didn't want a big hassle. I'll get some summary updates posted momentarily. That's all for now.

It took me much longer than expected, but the revamp is officially complete. Now I can get to posting shit again. Whooooop! The fanfiction section has been updated: including a place where you can submit your fics! Make sure to give it a good look-over, and tell me what you think. If you notice any errors in alphabetical order or fanfic number totals, let me know and I'll get it fixed right away because I'm neurotic like that.

In celebration of the site's facelift, I'M HOLDING A CONTEST! That's right. A contest. WITH REAL-LIFE PRIZES. For more details, you might want to check the forum out.

Oh, and my birthday is coming up. 15 days to be exact. Get me something cool. If you buy me a gift, I'll tell you where to send it. No really. Or you can just draw me something/write some hurt/comfort fanfic for my favourite slash ships. Hehehehe.

Well would you look at that! I changed some stuff around. I really wanted to get this update up, so right now not everything works. But that's alright, isn't it? I changed the layout to be more simplistic since I think the old one was too complicated for visitors. Personally. It isn't much of a change, but it's a big enough one to be a hassle to me.

WOW I HAVEN'T UPDATED IN A WHILE. I feel like shit for being that way. But I have a good reason, so listen up. Like I mentioned before, internet access is low. However, I finally managed to get an update in.

What's contained within this update: part 4 of each the Sonic Battle and Sonic Adventure summary by Dustin the Wind, Episode 6 of Digimon, and some theories, and an article. I know, this long of a wait and the update is a normal one. D: I was going to post the next Phoenix Wright summary, except I realised I haven't typed it up yet. I've been skipping around in the typing department, so even though I've typed up part 1 of episode 4, I haven't actually gotten around to the next chronological episode.

Also I got Ace Attorney Investigations. I will summarize this after I get to Trials and Tribulations. I know it's a long way off, but still. At least by then everyone would have played the game.

Another interesting update: I have an art gallery now. Find it at http://mysticwish.net/art. How the gallery works: You can register, by clicking "login" -- no email validation or anything -- and when you register you can comment on the pics, which I would appreciate. You can't post your own pics, but that's because it's my gallery. I've got everything sorted into albums already, which is much easier than dA. However, there is no picture screening feature, so enter at your own risk.

I know this doesn't make up for the lack of updates, but I've got something good coming up that I'm doing some test runs on tonight. See ya soon!

In da house!

Alright, some big news for everyone. First, the bad news: my aunt, the only one in the house who was working, got laid off. So now every-fuckin'-body is looking for a job. And no one is having any luck. Well, my bro's fiancee did, but she failed her background check for some reason. Anyway. But the good news: my cousin got a laptop for her birthday, AND I found internet I can jack. So I'm sorta back. And now for your freaking update.

First of all, I uploaded the following summaries: Digimon Episode 5, Kabuterimon's Electro Shocker, Sonic Adventure Part 3: Knuckles the Echidna, and Sonic Battle Episode: Rouge the Bat. I haven't finished the 4th part of Turnabout Sisters yet though.

Then, I hve a graphic update, the first one in a long while. The main change, you'll notice, are the splits on the icons page -- I made a page for Pokemon and Ace Attorney icons because I have so many. I also added... 1, 2, 3 icons to the section. Next up is a splash image in the webmaster's section. I removed the thumbnails from the page because really, now that the layout is bigger there isn't a need for them. I have also added some "I am Pro" badges for Digimon monsters and will be making more for the human characters as I progress with my summaries! There is also one new sig on that page. And that's what I have given you today! Goodnight! :D

HEY, MUGGLES!

Okay guys. It's been a while, but I'm back with another update. First, before I present anything, some news from Washington. Let me begin by saying I have not been hypnotized, brainwashed, nor is anyone stealing my identity and posing as me. My favourite colour is red, I'm a anarchist, and my favourite Pokemon is Jolteon. Here in Washington, I don't have to worry about the stigma attached to things as far as my peers go, so I took a step forward [or what I see as a step forward] and read the first [then the second, then the third, now on the fourth] Harry Potter book.

tl;dr: I read Harry Potter

Yeah, I liked it, and I won't deny the fact that I thought I would all this time. That's why I did it. And because I have a clean slate up here. Well, I admit, there was many hours spent in the bathroom trying not to puke, trying to teach my mind "it's okay to read this without puking anymore" but still.

As for the update now. First, I added a new Digimon summary, the REAL Biyomon Gets Firepower. >.< I also added parts 2 to the Sonic Battle and Sonic Adventure Summaries, written by Dustin. I really appreciate his hard work for MW. ^-^ For the last fabulous bulk of the update, I have FINALLY presented Turnabout Sisters part 3. BE FUCKING HAPPY. But kick me for forgetting it last update.

Here's the update.

So I'm just outside Sacramento. For those of you not in the know, I left for Washington again, and I'll be staying at my aunt's until we get a house. This means very, very limited internet. Let me tell you about our days on the road! :D

Day 1: Waterworks started before I left. Gave Jinx lots of hugs. We left for the road very late, at like, 9 at night, and around midnight my mom was trying to find a hotel. Well we were running around all over the place, people cussing each other out due to lack of sleep and NO FREAKING HOTEL and we all almost killed ourselves. Oh, and once we got to a pet-friendly inn, I took my dog's leash [which has a rope on it, I'm not used to that shit] and burned my finger, which stung for hours.

Day 2: Much, much better. But we ran around all over the fuckin' place trying to find a pet-friendly inn. We settled on one that had 10 bucks per day per pet, so we hid the cat. Shh.

Videos: And more than that

Hokay so. First order of business is that MystikX has had a several videos that needed to be posted here for a long while, and I posted one batch of them last update. The most interesting of these two new batches is the starter only run of Pokemon Emerald, which can be found by either clicking the link, or visiting the Fandom or Fun sections. The second is a batch of Ruby battle videos, and you can find these in... guess which sections? :D I've also added a new video in the Videos from Hell section. Hope seeing the image for it scars you for life. :P

Speaking of images, in case you haven't noticed, I gave all section indexes except for Fanfiction a bit of a visual facelift. I oragnised them into tables and put preview images on them. Thought it would look better and besides, the preview images were fun to make and hopefully will point out sections to people better. My favourites would have to be Pet Godot, Theme Search*, and Videos from Hell; go ahead and post what your faves are as well! I've stuck some miscellaneous images throughout the site, and I hope you enjoy hunting for them and looking at them. :D I think they've given the site much more flavour.

One picture you'll find easily is the new Fox Mulder image on the Theories and Speculation page; the description of that page has always been "insert image of Mulder here" even before the revamp. When Popo wrote up the descriptions of the sections, he told me for that one, "just put a picture of Mulder there. Nothing else." But the picture I had was too wide for the layout and fucked everything up because I had a fucked up layout. Since I've fixed that problem, I decided to put up an image of Mulder like how there was supposed to be!

As for when the next update will be: sometime this week! I have a few unreleased summaries I will be posting within the next few days, but since I'm going to have to get started on a project tomorrow that will end up spanning a couple weeks, I decided to get an update in before that.

Whew this was one big update! Hope you like everything I have to offer! :D

Status: Sorry for the wait

This, unfortunately, is just a filler update to let you know Storm and I didn't run off to an uncharted island on a suicide pact. We're working on some stuff now, but it's not done yet. When it is done though, I'm sure you'll forget all about how long it's been since the last update! :D

Well, in the mean time, here's a question for you: What do you like about MW? I know that there's a poll below asking the same damn thing, but this time we would like some comments. (Storm and I are perplexed by the fact that "other" is the most popular response) Leave a comment, and you may win a cookie. And we all know how mush you guys love cookies!

Still kinda is. Eh. Anyway, I added stuff to these areas. Series Specific, Information, Madlibs, Sing-A-Longs, Free Stuff, and I added the first COTM, a review for Time Wizard and Dark Magician Girl. Also, the site is now officially ready to go public.

Alright, not everything is operational on here yet. Read more to find out what is. Or if you don't want to read more, you can either visit the forums, email me and bitch, or just beware while browsing the site you may find problems.

Alright. Looks like you wanna know exactly what DOES work. Any link without an 'x' by it on the navigation bars work. Clicking the other links will just lead you to the top of your current page. Some contents inside sections will work. Most won't be up yet. Particularly, video files -- I have the videos up, but the pages won't work. Email or PM me or something if you want to try and help me fix it.

Other sections don't appear to have any content at all save for a description. This is because Dustin has the remaining content, and since he was grounded I have yet to get it from him. Here's what you can do about that: Email him [dusty@mysticwish.net] and tell him how much his dad sucks for grounding him for something he didn't actually do. Not only will he agree, but I'm sure on some level he will find it reassuring.

Everything else is finished. So enjoy what's up. Without notice yes I will be updating things, so if I happen to be online while you're browsing and I'm updating shit, don't be too click-happy. As the title says, quit looking for shit.

And with that, I'll update later with a notice for affiliates, and I'll get Dustin to post later as well. TTFN.
